The Cosumnes Community Services District is calling all rookie performers of Elk Grove to participate in the Sammy’s Star Search talent show from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 8. Performers will receive positive feedback from the panel of “Star Gazers.” Two acts will be chosen to open the concerts on Aug. 22 and Aug. 29.
