SCFB is excited to announce the launch of a new project, our Straight from the Farm Raffle. This is not just a fundraiser for our county Farm Bureau, but also an outreach project of connecting Sacramento residents to our farmers that locally grow the food, fiber, and drinks that they consume. SCFB would like to thank and recognize those farms and wineries for participating in this new project. SCFB would also like to thank our premier sponsor American AgCredit for their donation to help with the printing of this project.

Each draw week will feature one farm and one winery to create a Sac Bounty Basket of wine & produce. Each basket is valued at over $150. This year's Straight from the Farm Raffle will include six draws over the summer of 2024. The raffle will consist of the following: Draw #1: June 3rd will include cherries from KLM Ranches and olive oil and wine from Wolfe Heights Estates. Draw #2: June 24th will include beef from Hensleigh Healthy Beef and wine from McConnell Estates. Draw #3: July 15th is peaches, nectarines, and maybe berries from Daisy Creek Farms and wine from Ironstone Vineyards. Draw #4: August 5th will be pears and/or apples from John McCormack Co with hard cider from Hemly Cider. Draw #5: August 26th is caviar and blini from Tsar Nicoulai Caviar and wine from Trinchero Family Estates. Draw #6: September 16th will be cut flowers, lavender products, and potentially vegetables from Killdeer Farms, and wine from Bogle Vineyards.

Raffle Rules: Entry for raffle is $20/entry form. Entrant must be over 21years old. 2024 entry form will be in for 6 draws but an entry form can only win once. Drawing will take place on Mondays and winner must pick up produce and wine prize by Friday of that week from the SCFB office. Entries will be sold in our SCFB office and through our Board Members.
