Manage County Utility Payments and Accounts Online

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (MPG) - Sacramento County Consolidated Utilities Billing & Service (CUBS) is making it easier for customers to view and manage their utilities accounts online with MyUtilities.

Tired of receiving your county utilities bills in the mail? MyUtilities also allows residents to go paperless, freeing up space in crowded mailboxes.

MyUtilities rolled out in 2020, and so far, 44.9% of customers are utilizing it!

Using MyUtilities, residents can:

-Manage your bank account details

-Manage one-time or recurring payments

-Manage payment reminders

-Change your mailing address

-Set up paperless billing

-View bills and payments (up to two years)

-View Frequently Asked Questions that will enhance your user experience

If you are a landlord or property management company, MyUtilities can be your one-stop shop for managing the utilities accounts for all of your properties.

In 2023, CUBS added even more ways for customers to receive digital eBills and set up online Bill Pay. Customers can now access their utility bills and schedule online payments directly through their bank's online banking portal. As of today, 4.4% of customers are utilizing this new service.
