Elk Grove Historical Society's Annual Barn Banquet
Sponsorship Opportunities and Ticket Sales Now Available for August 21, 2026 Fundraising Event.
The Elk Grove Historical Society is calling on businesses, community leaders, and residents to help preserve Elk Grove's rich heritage by supporting the Annual Raise the Barn Banquet, taking place on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at District56 in Elk Grove.
The Raise the Barn Banquet will feature an evening of dining, entertainment, community fellowship, and opportunities to support the project through fundraising activities. Guests will enjoy a memorable celebration while making a lasting investment in the future of Elk Grove's historical legacy.
Local businesses and organizations are invited to partner with the Elk Grove Historical Society as event sponsors. Sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate community leadership, gain visibility among attendees, and contribute to a landmark project that will benefit residents and visitors for decades to come. The Elk Grove Historical Society's Barn Project aims to reconstruct the historic hay barn that once stood near the Elk Grove House and Stage Stop at Heritage Park. The completed barn will preserve the community's agricultural heritage by housing historical collections and serving as a vibrant community event venue. Utilizing reclaimed historic redwood materials and inspired by Elk Grove's early history, the project reflects the Society's commitment to education, preservation, and community engagement.
