Council Picks Survey Road as New Homeless Shelter Site

The City Council voted 4-1 at its Feb. 11 meeting to roll the dice that staff can strike a purchase deal with the property owner of a 1.5-acre parcel at Survey Road and East Stockton Boulevard for use as the location of the city’s permanent homeless shelter.
