District Graduation Ceremony Schedule Highlighted

ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - With the conclusion of the 2025-2026 school year quickly approaching, graduation season is once again in full swing.
The end of this school year marks the restart of a tradition for comprehensive high schools. Elk Grove Unified School District looks forward to holding its nine comprehensive high school graduation ceremonies once again at the Golden 1 Center (500 David J Stern Walk in Sacramento). All EGUSD graduation ceremonies held at the Golden 1 Center will be live streamed and available online for free at egusdgrads.com.
The 2026 EGUSD high school graduation schedule goes as follows: Tuesday, May 26 at Golden 1 Center begins from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Monterey Trail High, 3 to 5 p.m. for Laguna Creek High and from 7 to 9 p.m. for Elk Grove High.
On Wednesday, May 27 will begin with Florin High from 11 to 1 p.m., then from for 3 to 5 p.m. for Sheldon High and from 7 to 9 p.m. for Pleasant Grove High.
Valley High will begin with its ceremony from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on, Thursday, May 28. Then, from 3 to 5 p.m., Cosumnes Oaks High will proceed. From 7 to 9 p.m. will be the ceremony for Franklin High.
2026 EGUSD Alternative Education/Charter School
On Friday, May 29 at Creekside Christian Church will begin from 9 to 10 a.m. for Las Flores High. Then, William Daylor High will follow with its ceremony from 11 to noon. From 1 to 2 p.m. will be the ceremony for Calvine High.
The ceremony for Rio Cazadero High will be from 3 to 4 p.m., and then Elk Grove Charter will proceed from 5 to 6 p.m.
2026 Adult Education Graduation Schedule
The ceremony for Adult Education will be held on Thursday, May 28 at Creekside Christian Church from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
SacRT has partnered with EGUSD to offer free rides to the high school graduations at Golden 1 Center. To ride free, simply print or screenshot the Free Ride Flyer and present it to the bus driver when boarding the bus or to a fare inspector on light rail. More information at EGUSDGrads.com.
Recordings of each of the nine comprehensive high school graduation ceremonies, scheduled from May 26 to 28, will be available for purchase at EGUSDGrads.com. Families may pre-order a digital copy of their ceremony to preserve this special milestone. To pre-order, visit egusdgrads.com.
This year’s graduation ceremonies will be livestreamed at EGUSDGrads.com. All online orders must be placed through the website link above. Graduation recordings are not included in the Senior Payment Plan. Download links will be emailed within 24 to 72 hours after the ceremony.

The graduation ceremonies will also air on Comcast Channel 15 and 21.

The alternative high school graduation ceremonies held on Friday, May 29 are not recorded as these ceremonies are in a more intimate setting that allows parents and families space to record and capture images.
Guidelines for People Attending Ceremonies at Golden 1 Center
Doors open one hour before the ceremony begins. Guests are only permitted to bring clutches and wallets smaller than 8 inch-by-6 inch-by-1 inch and are subject to security inspection. Medical and parental bags will be allowed but must go through X-ray security screening. Any item that may potentially disrupt another guest will not be permitted, including balloons, oversized signs/ banners, noisemakers, etc. Children under 2 years of age will be admitted without a ticket provided that they sit on an adult’s lap. All children 24 months and older will need a ticket. No food or beverages are allowed. It should be noted that Golden 1 Center is a cash-free facility.
