ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - Good news! There’s a new affordable apartment community opening later this year and applications are now available through a public lottery system.

Pardes II, located on Tarak Drive (off Big Horn Boulevard), will feature 140 apartment homes with one-, two- and three-bedroom options. The community is close to schools, parks, grocery stores and healthcare services, making it a convenient place to call home. Residents will also have access to a community room, play area and on-site laundry.

To be eligible, households must earn no more than 70 percent of the Area Median Income for Sacramento County. The lottery closes Wednesday, May 20 at 11:59 p.m. Apply online at elkgrove.gov/rent/pardes.
