ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - Come join the fun! Activities for the entire family! 

There will be activities Friday evening until 9 p.m., with Main Stage Music from 6 to 9 p.m. featuring "Long Time," A Boston Tribute Band; Saturday, May 2, will feature "The California Cowboys" from 2 to 5 p.m. and the "Pub Kats" from 6 to 9 p.m.; Performing on Sunday, May 3, is the "InnerSoul" Band from 3 to 6 p.m., all with food and a beer garden. 

There will be Kids Zone, Pony rides, a petting zoo, facepainters from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a CMC Reptile show both Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. 

The Spring Palooza will also feature Johnston Amusements Carnival, open-mic karaoke, a Western Idol Contest, craft and food vendors, and more.

The winners of the Elk Grove Spring Palooza poster contest with the theme "Bee A Pollinator"  were, in First Place, Hui-Phuong Tran of Elk Grove High School and Second Place, Natalia Gujardo of Pleasant Grove High School. They will both be recognized at the Elk Grove Unified School District Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 5 at 6 p.m. and receive their rewards. The meeting is held at the district's office located at 9510 Elk Grove-Florin Road. 

The Elk Grove Spring Palooza has had numerous sponsors who have reached out, and we are grateful for their donations. Our community has our gratitude and support.
