ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - The city will host a public meeting this month to give residents an opportunity to engage directly with officials about immigration enforcement.

Two sessions are scheduled for 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14 at District56, 8230 Civic Center Drive. City officials say the meeting is intended to clarify enforcement roles and connect community members with resources.

Both April 14 sessions will feature similar content and will be led by Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen, Councilmember Sergio Robles, Assistant City Manager Jaqui Guzmán and Elk Grove Police Chief Bobby Davis.

Residents can submit questions or concerns in advance through an online form at bit.ly/48tqL8Y (case sensitive).

Additional resources and information for immigrants are available on the city’s website at elkgrove.gov/community-safety-programs-and-services/resources-and-information-immigrants.
