ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - Sky River Casino opened its new five‑story parking structure, an investment that strengthens Wilton Rancheria’s long‑term economic development strategy that is firmly rooted in the Tribe’s resilience and vision for future generations.

Featuring 1,600 parking stalls across 681,263 square feet, the structure seamlessly connects with the recently expanded 20,000‑square‑foot gaming floor through an enhanced valet area and porte cochere, providing a more efficient and welcoming guest arrival.

The new parking structure is a key component of Wilton Rancheria’s multi‑year plan to transform Sky River Casino into a full‑scale resort destination. This long‑term investment continues to generate jobs, create business opportunities, and help position Sky River as a leading Northern California entertainment hub. The project reflects nearly two years of coordinated design‑build work led by Clark Pacific, while the upcoming 2027 resort expansion will be constructed by the AECOM Tishman-Yates Construction joint venture, the same team responsible for Sky River’s original 315,000‑square‑foot casino.

To commemorate opening day, the first 500 Sky River Rewards members received a special promotional gift for being among the first guests to park in the new structure; a celebration of the community that has supported the casino since its launch.

“I'm honored to be the first person to walk through the new garage. It’s actually unreal,” said a Sky River Rewards member who has visited regularly since opening day in August 2022. “I’ve been a local for the last several years and this is just a wonderful addition to the community.”’

2027 Resort Expansion Overview

Sky River’s next chapter brings a full resort experience that will further enhance Elk Grove’s tourism, entertainment and hospitality landscape.

Planned additions include a 300‑room hotel, positioned next to a ground‑level glass atrium featuring a bright botanical environment; Luxury‑based day spa designed for a high‑end wellness experience; Vegas‑style outdoor pool offering a resort‑level leisure environment; 30,000 ft² multi‑use event and entertainment venue for conferences, performers and large‑scale events; Elevated High Limit and VIP gaming area; Expanded food and beverage options to complement the resort’s nature‑inspired design.

Once complete, the resort will position Elk Grove as a competitive destination for entertainment and convention level events, driving increased visitor spending, supporting local businesses and creating new employment opportunities.

Sky River Casino was built by Wilton Rancheria in partnership with Boyd Gaming Corporation, which is managing the property for the Tribe. The casino opened in August 2022 and includes 100,000 sq ft of gaming, 2,190 slot machines, 81 table games, and 18 elevated restaurants, bars and lounge destinations. Wilton Rancheria operates Sky River Casino, holds majority ownership of Sacramento Republic FC, and continues expanding its influence in regional economic development.
