ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - Smiles filled the Elk Grove Unified School District boardroom the evening of Feb. 17 as the Franklin Elementary School choir, made up of 4th, 5th and 6th graders, performed the “Kindness Song” for trustees and attendees under the direction of music teacher Matt Morse.
