ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - The city announced in its latest newsletter that Elk Grove will welcome country music star Luke Bryan as part of his 2026 Farm Tour, set to perform at 6 p.m. May 16 at Mahon Ranch.

Bryan, an acclaimed American country singer and songwriter, rose to fame with his breakout album “Crash My Party” in 2013, which earned him the Album of the Decade award from the Academy of Country Music. His chart-topping hits include “Country Girl (Shake It for Me)” and “Play It Again.” He also serves as a judge on national singing competition show “American Idol.” 

Launched in 2009, Bryan’s Farm Tour is designed to give back to rural and farming communities, with proceeds supporting charitable programs for farming families. The tour is sponsored by Bayer Global, which plans to donate one million meals through the nonprofit Feeding America. Donations will be collected through food drives at Farm Tour stop locations as part of Bayer’s “Take Care, Now” campaign.

The Elk Grove show will mark the Farm Tour’s first time stopping in the city, with the outdoor concert set for the 500-acre Mahon Ranch east of Highway 99 between Grant Line Road and Dillard Road.
