ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) – The Elk Grove Community Concert Band, led by conductor Christopher J. Tootle, transported the audience to the vibrant atmosphere of “Hot Spanish Nights” during a performance on Feb. 2 at Joseph Kerr Middle School.

The band, which features a mix of local professional, semi-professional and amateur adult musicians alongside Elk Grove Unified School District students, offers free concerts to the community throughout the year.
