ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - Miracles in Old Elk Grove, the community-led toy drive, is welcoming holiday generosity once again, aiming to bring joy to about 150 families in Elk Grove and neighboring Galt.

Operating out of Old Town Plaza (9615 Railroad St.), the toy drive will collect and distribute new toys, newborn essentials, and full holiday dinners, all on the same day, giving a seamless and uplifting experience for families in need.

The project is organized by local business owners and community leaders in partnership with the Cosumnes Firefighters Community Support Foundation, helping to ensure families are selected based on need and are served with dignity.

Volunteers play a vital role in making this event possible: sorting donations, packing gift bags, and distributing toys and dinners, helping make the holidays a little brighter for families who might otherwise go without.

Date & Time: Sunday, December 21 — drop-off and distribution will be 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Old Town Plaza. Santa will arrive at 10am to spend time with the families.

Admission / Participation: Free. Families in need have been preselected and notified individually; donors and volunteers are encouraged to contribute new, unopened toys, baby essentials (diapers, blankets, etc.), or make monetary donations to support dinners and newborn supplies.
