Wilton Winter Festival Slated for Dec. 6

WILTON, CA (MPG) - Kick off the holiday season with a full day of festive fun at the 17th annual Wilton Winter Festival & Parade! Bring your family, friends and holiday cheer: There’s something for everyone!

The event will be held rain or shine at the Wilton Community Center (9717 Colony Road) on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Bring the kids for a warm breakfast and then head into Santa’s Workshop for free crafts and cookie decorating. Kids will receive a Santa’s Passport to fill with stamps as they enjoy Santa’s Workshop crafts from 8 a.m. to noon and stay to meet Santa himself. Complete the passport and earn a holiday prize! 

Afterwards, stroll through the vendor marketplace to start your Christmas shopping with local makers and artisans. Stay for the parade at noon and Santa’s grand arrival; then finish the day with free cookies and hot cocoa with Santa himself!

Event Schedule

Pancake and Sausage Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. (for purchase); Kids’ Crafts in Santa’s Workshop from 8 a.m. to noon (free); holiday and craft vendors from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; hot lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (for purchase); parade with Santa’s Arrival from noon to 1 p.m.; and Cookies & Hot Cocoa with Santa from 1 to 2 p.m. (free). Roads will close at 11:30 a.m.
