ELK GROVE, CA - A second person has died following the Nov. 2 shooting at the Z Town Gastro Pub, located at 8409 Elk Grove Florin Road.

The 34-year-old man had been in critical condition since the morning of the shooting. On Nov. 6, he succumbed to his injuries and died at the hospital. Identification of the deceased will be made by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.

The coroner’s office has identified the victim who was shot and killed at the scene as 18-year-old Kim Kha Huynh. The other two victims have been released from the hospital.

The suspect, Roderick Randall, is still on the run. Detectives are actively working to locate him.
