ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) - Christopher J. Tootle leads the Elk Grove Community Concert Band on Sept. 19 in “The Blue Concert,” featuring songs with “blue” in the title. The band includes professional, semi-professional and amateur adult musicians; and talented Elk Grove Unified School District school musicians. 

The next concert, free for the community, is from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27 in the Multipurpose Room at Joseph Kerr Middle School, 8865 Elk Grove Blvd. 

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The band’s future concerts are Dec. 15, Feb. 2, 2026, April 6, 2026, and May 18, 2026. Learn more at  elkgrovecommunityband.org.
