Marley Escobar drove in Riley Bigley with the game winner in the ninth inning. Madeline Lawson tossed a one-hitter for the Eagles.

Elk Grove 3, Vista del Lago 2

Herd scored twice in the bottom of the seventh to win the non-league game. Loie Moore was three-for-three while Kaitlyn Maciel drove in a pair of runs. Freshman Kaylee Buck went the distance allowing two runs on eight hits for Elk Grove.

Panthers’ Martin Vega drove in both runs.

Trojans scored six times in the fifth inning to down the Huskies who were limited to three hits.

Ashley Fields had a pair of hits and drove in a run for the Wildcats.

Mario Navarro earned the win. Christian Coronado went 4-for-4 including a double, triple and four RBI.  Navarro and Gabe Coronado had two hits. Andrew Brown hit a double.

Laguna Creek 13, Ponderosa 2

Ty Collum drove in five runs, while Jacob Halseth and Chris Deluca each had three RBI.
