Carmichael, CA (MPG) – The Best of Carmichael concluded its voting last week and this week we get to announce all the Winners for 2021.

The annual fundraising event for the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce, (except for the Covid year), brings a bit of fun and excitement to the business community as the buzz gets around town about people voting for their favorite stores, shops and local businesses.

This past voting for the Best of Carmichael revitalized the business community and helped bring more energy back to the Chamber organization after a tough business year for all.

The competition for voters was very competitive in most of the categories. There were 243 businesses that received votes. There were 4,135 total votes cast. There were 11 categories that the eventual winner won by fewer than 20 votes from the next closest vote getter.

To receive votes a business had to either be located in Carmichael or be a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

This year’s Top Vote Getter was River City Brewing Company, coming out on top for both the Best Restaurant and the Best Bar/Brew Pub.

The Best of Carmichael is the creation of Carmichael Times and the Messenger Publishing Group. The technology and monitoring of the voting is managed by Ryan Griffith at Averik, LLC. The Chamber of Commerce is the primary sponsor and uses proceeds to fund the chamber efforts throughout the year. We all work together to make this a winning event for the business community.
