Charles Richard Argentine

Charles Richard Argentine was born July 28, 1939, in Weirton, West Virginia, to Rose & Charlie Argentine.

Chuck passed March 23, 2019, at Kaiser South Sacramento, at age 79. In junior high school, Chuck moved to Fontana, CA. In 1960, Chuck moved to Sacramento, where he played football and attended CSUS, graduating with a degree in Law Enforcement. While working at the State Department of Justice, Chuck met Tory LaFranco. They were married in 1965 and moved to Elk Grove in 1973. In 1977, Chuck opened Elk Grove Insurance Service, where he worked until retiring in 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Samuel. Chuck was the beloved husband of Tory Argentine, who survives him. He is survived and lovingly missed by his son, Charles (Blaine), daughter Shelley (Evan), sister, Carol Mode, grandchildren Carly (Daniel), Carlo Argentine and Mateo Argentine, great-grandchildren Ellie, Wren, Wesley, and Jude Amundson, dear nieces & nephews, and many lifelong friends.

Chuck had a passion for restoring vintage automobiles. Many will remember him for his kindness, generosity, and wit. Friends & family are welcome to attend the memorial service on April 12, at 2 pm, at Herburger’s Elk Grove Funeral Chapel.
