The Elk Grove Fine Arts Center is having their First Saturday reception on Dec. 7. They are hosting their 8th annual Small Treasures Show and Sale, and there will be artwork available for purchase at the reception from 4-7 p.m. Organizers will also have a raffle for winter-inspired panels that were created by 30 artists. Carlos Xavier and His Salsa Band will perform at the LB Club in the Pins N Strikes bowling alley on Saturday, Nov. 30. This concert will last from 9 p.m. until midnight. The cover is $15. Pins N Strikes is at 3443 Laguna Blvd., Elk Grove.
