| A scholarship was created in the memory of Baylee Rose Tadlock |
In what the donors hope to be a perpetual scholarship program for youth using the therapy horse back riding at Project R.I.D.E. the first Baylee Rose Tadlock Scholarship was presented at the 27th annual ‘John Lewis’ Trail Ride and dinner held at the Project R.I.D.E. dinner on April 17.
The first scholarship was given to 9-year-old Hana Violet Beddawi. The scholarship will allow Hana one year, four eight-week sessions of horse riding therapy at project R.I.D.E.
The Baylee Rose Tadlock Scholarship was created when Baylee passed away on January 9, 2010. Baylee rode horses at Project R.I.D.E. for seven years. Baylee’s mom and dad, Duane and Cassonda, created the scholarship to give young people the ability to grow stronger and live a better life through horse therapy in the same manner that Baylee was able to.
This is the first of many Baylee Rose Tadlock scholarships to be issued. To help keep the scholarship benefiting deserving young people you can donate to the Baylee Rose Tadlock scholarship fund at www.projectride.com.
